Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, we strictly do not accept physical returns of the fruit. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we handle issues on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

1. Transit Damage or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your box immediately upon delivery. If the packaging is heavily damaged, the fruit is visibly crushed, or you received the wrong item, you must email us at gogatetejashree@gmail.com within 6 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • High-resolution photos of the damaged box and the affected fruits.

2. Internal Spoilage & Quality Guarantee We stand by the quality of our White Box (Medium) Devgad Hapus. If you discover that these mangoes are bad from the inside upon cutting them, please email us photos of the cut fruit. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement in your next order.

  • Exceptions: Please note that our Yellow Box (Large Hapus) is sold without an internal quality guarantee. Larger mangoes naturally carry a higher risk of spoiling from the inside, and purchases of the Yellow Box are exempt from internal spoilage refunds.

Refunds Since we do not accept physical returns, any approved refunds will be processed based purely on the photo evidence provided and our internal verification. We will notify you via email once your request is reviewed.

If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at gogatetejashree@gmail.com.
